Please fill this out by September 1st, at the very latest, to be considered for the session starting in October. On days when after school programming is being offered, students will meet in the AMS lunchroom for snack and check-in at 3:30. (You can get your space set up at that time if need be.) You will pick up your students from the atrium at 3:45 and meet for an hour. Students are brought back to the AMS lunchroom for check-out and pick-up from 4:45-5:00. Let me know if you have other logistics questions! Once your activity has been approved and scheduled, you will need to stop by the front office to fill out some tax forms if you are getting paid. What supplies will you need ANSER to supply for your activity? We are offering up to $100 per activity (for the whole session, not per day). These purchases will be coordinated through the front office. We are hoping most activities require less than that amount.
