Hello Parents,

This is a special and hard time for your child when they start to enter or already in puberty so I want to help give them an understanding of what is happening in their mind and body (which is recognized to be different for everyone).  But an understanding that is okay and normal.  We all go through it.  With that said, I will be co- teaching with health educator Jennifer Rogers from St. Als. We are also be teaching how to communicate your values, which is extremely hard for some but we want to give a great foundation for speaking.   Please fill out the question below if you want your child to participate.
